Full Job Description

  • Build collaborative relationships and excellent communication with key stakeholders across our business. Be seen as a true business partner who is always there to support.

  • Partner proactively with HRBPs and hiring managers to understand the future needs of the business and understand its implications for talent management and resourcing.

  • Source, screen, interview, offer and negotiate with candidates to hire the best person for the role.

  • Maintain a high level of market awareness and best practice, advising the business on specific trends and updates that will affect resourcing.

  • Support with the usage and maintenance of the company Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

  • Create interesting and engaging content for the AllSaints LinkedIn page

  • Collaborate on creating and delivering the employee brand via the AllSaints careers site and LinkedIn page

  • Analyse recruitment data and utilise it to create relevant solutions

  • Liaise with external partner including job boards, agencies, universities and search providers

  • Maintain awareness of key market trends in recruitment, learning, development, alongside competitor activity

  • Actively coach and mentor our talent advisors, act as an advocate for the team and deputise for the Head of Talent & Business Partnering when needed

  • Support with wider People & Culture projects and initiatives

If you are keen to work within an energetic people and culture environment and have nurtured your talent acquisition background as a seasoned professional then this role is for you., Strong experience of delivering hires via direct sourcing activity utilising various (relevant) channels

  • Excellent project coordination skills with the ability to prioritise effectively

  • Ability to source for multiple business functions spanning retail and corporate functions

  • Good understanding of recruitment/employment law

  • Full life cycle recruitment experience operating at partner level

  • Strong business partnering skills, you know who your parters are and keep them engaged

  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders

  • Resilient with the ability to act with pace when needed

  • Highly organised and able to prioritise workload effectively

  • Team player who collaborates along with a can do attitude

  • Team management and team development experience, nurturing and coaching the junior members of the team

  • Solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to handle ambiguity

  • Well versed with the market and connected in the industry, you bring a wealth of knowledge and support to the Head of Talent & Business Partnering to support the people strategy.
