We are seeking three Talent Acquisition Consultants to join the TA expert team for Siemens Mobility Limited in the UK on a fixed-term contract basis. Two roles will be for nine months, and the third will be for 18 months. In this role, you will have responsibility for the internal and external recruiting process, including sourcing, attracting, assessing, and hiring, with a focus on active candidates. By maintaining a deep understanding of the volume recruitment processes, policies, and relevant Siemens business needs, TA Consultants provide a consultative and professional service to hiring managers and candidates.
Knowledge of recruiting in the engineering sector will be an advantage. However, we also welcome applications from individuals who are passionate about Talent Acquisition and interested in doing a short-term secondment.
What are my responsibilities?
End-to-end responsibility for the recruiting process and execution of the Talent Acquisition strategy.
Close collaboration with the TA Partner to ensure a smooth hand-off of relevant job requisitions.
Steering the recruitment process as per the strategy agreed with the relevant TA Partner.
Offer management with a focus on harmonizing terms and conditions for internal candidates through strong knowledge of the internal reward framework.
Consultation with Hiring Managers on recruitment processes, appropriate sourcing channels, and guidance on relevant assessment and selection processes.
Responsible for initial screening of candidates prior to Hiring Manager review (CV screening, telephone interviews as required).
Assist and coach Hiring Managers with interview and assessment centre design and preparation.
Coordination and facilitation/support of Assessment Centres where required (volume) including preparation of relevant collateral.
Participation in projects and other tasks as agreed by the TA Manager to drive excellence in the TA function.
Support the TA Partner on additional tasks as required to help manage increased volumes or ad hoc requests in line with the overall team model.
