The successful candidate will play a crucial role in attracting and recruiting top talent to support our business operations across the UK. You will be responsible for the office-based vacancies across the UK, and we shall need you to be responsible for -

• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
• Developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best fit for various roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide expert advice.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

You'll be equipped with a laptop, dual monitors and access to all the required systems, to ensure you have all the tools you need to succeed. The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Consultant or in a similar role. We want you to help define and shape our recruitment strategy, ensuring an excellent candidate experience. You should possess a strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team is essential. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), jobs boards and HR basic knowledge of HR processes is required. While knowledge of the shipping and logistics industry is a plus, the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines is crucial.
