Job Description Are you looking to grow your career in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition and be part of a newly formed global team? As a People Services Advisor - Talent Acquisition (internal title), you'll collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners, Hiring Managers, and the wider People team to ensure an internationally seamless and efficient recruitment and global onboarding process. Joining our global People shared services centre, you'll be responsible for handling administrative tasks and queries in talent acquisition and onboarding while developing new skills in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

  • Scheduling all candidate interviews, and working closely with the TA partners and hiring managers.

  • Carrying out all background and RTW (Right To Work) checks before candidates start, aligned to the regional legal requirements.

  • Working closely with the HRIS team, ensuring all vacancy details are accurate and processing any changes.

  • Supporting candidates on work visas through the visa process in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition Partners and Global Mobility team.

  • Processing all new hire offers in the ATS, ensuring candidates are supported through the onboarding process.

  • Processing any referral rewards in the system for payroll to include in colleagues' salaries where necessary.

  • Responsible for resolving any ServiceNow tickets relating to Talent Acquisition, and owning the full onboarding journey for contingent workers.

    You have at least 2 years of experience as a Recruitment/Talent Acquisition Coordinator.

  • You've worked with an ATS (Applicant Tracking System) or an HRIS.

  • You have proficiency with Microsoft Outlook for high-volume scheduling across global time zones.

  • You have foundational proficiency with Excel.

  • You're comfortable managing an excellent candidate experience and communicating with candidates by email and phone.

  • You can prioritize conflicting tasks and work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

  • You're resilient and confident under pressure and have a problem-solving, solution-focused mindset.

  • You've effectively managed stakeholders and collaborated across teams.

  • You can work hybrid - 2 days per week (Tuesdays & Thursdays) from our Newcastle office.
