Full Job Description
- Supporting with candidate attraction, focusing on key business priorities and hard to fill vacancies with direct sourcing.
- Supporting with the initial screening of CVs and assessing them for suitability against role requirements.
- Working collaboratively with wider colleagues to share best practice, delivering creative solutions for hard to fill roles
- Working closely with the TA Adviser to set up and manage recruitment campaigns, building a clear understanding of what is working and not working.
- Ensure every candidate has an efficient and effective recruitment experience.
- Ensure recruitment documentation is completed in liaison with Line Managers and HR & OD Admin Team.
GCSE Maths & English Grace C or above, or equivalent - Essential - NVQ L3 in Business Administration or equivalent - Desirable
- At least 12 months relevant experience working in an in-house recruitment environment or equivilent - Essential
- Experience of working with Senior Managers & Stakeholders - Essential
- Experience working in a fast paced enviroment - Essential
