Full Job Description

  • Manage the complete recruitment cycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing, negotiation, and offer extension.
  • Utilize diverse sourcing methods including social media, job boards, and networking events to build a robust candidate pipeline.
  • Assess candidates thoroughly to ensure alignment with organizational values and requirements.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and advise on recruitment strategies.
  • Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires to ensure a seamless integration into the company.
  • Contribute to employer branding efforts to attract top talent.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and stay updated with industry trends to maintain a competitive advantage in talent acquisition.

    We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner - Business to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving our recruitment initiatives globally, utilizing end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various functions., Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in talent acquisition or recruiting in Business related or executive roles.
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring top professionals.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong communication skills and excellent interpersonal abilities.
