Full Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will manage the Talent Acquisition lifecycle across a variety of open roles helping hiring manager find quality talent on time while working in close collaboration with Sourcing specialist. Being aware of latest market/talent trends and sharing knowledge with key stakeholders is critical in building trust and adding value as a business partner. You will assist in driving best practice across the talent acquisition life cycle. You will be recruiting across a variety of different roles and teams - from sales, finance to PAs and Business Partners. It is a very varied role to work closely with some of _VOIS's most senior stakeholders.

  • Gaining a sound understanding of business area and developing strong and positive relationships with designated business area stakeholders/ hiring managers

  • Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout interview process and lead the successful fulfilment of open requisitions with hiring managers.

  • Follow up on interview process status & timely update candidate records on Applicant tracking System (ATS)/Eightfold/ SuccessFactors

  • Advise hiring managers on interviewing and assessment tools as per need

  • Spearhead effective offer management, collaborating with hiring teams to deliver compelling and competitive offers while aligning with organisational policies and market benchmarks.

  • Oversee onboarding for new hires.

    Understanding of full cycle recruiting

  • Key Skills: Consulting ability, Stakeholder Management, Organizational and time-management, good verbal & written communication skills.

  • Technology Skills: Boolean search logic, Outlook, Web, Excel, PowerPoint, word, ATS/Success Factors, LinkedIn, AI driven Recruitment tech

  • Staffing industry or Corporate Talent Acquisition background preferred

  • Ability to execute Talent Acquisition strategies, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management and interview process management.

  • Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision.

  • Industry & Business Acumen Knowledge/ Potential is desired.

    Yearly bonus: 5%

    Annual leave: 28 days + bank holidays + the opportunity to buy/sell/carry over 5 days/year

    Charity days: 5 days/year

    Maternity leave: 52 weeks, the first 13 weeks are fully paid, followed by 26 weeks of half pay
