Talent Acquisition Specialist

Contract: Permanent, Full-time (37.5 hours per week) Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm

Location: Home-based, fully remote (must reside in and have right to work in the UK)

Salary: £40,000 per annum

SUMMARY

An industry leader in Occupational Health looking to hire an experienced, dynamic and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our fast growing business. Using the software options available, you will be able to build rapport quickly so as to headhunt, identify, attract and shortlist candidates for the recruitment process to proactively fulfil the recruitment requirements of the business.

MAIN OBJECTIVES

  • Develop employer brand to attract the best talent in the market

  • Utilise Linkedin Recruiter to pro-actively engage candidates

  • Headhunt for specialist roles

  • Create, place and update great quality adverts

  • Research and propose innovative ways of recruiting, leading the way in the market

  • Research, identify and attract candidates using all available tools and methods

  • Monitor responses/applications received and process applications efficiently

  • Initiate, manage and develop candidate relationships

  • Qualify, shortlist and present suitable candidates against defined job vacancies

  • Assist in the recruitment and selection processes by effectively liaising with the candidates and internal teams

  • Build and sustain relationships with candidates even those not currently actively looking to join


  • REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE

  • Prior experience of working as a Recruitment Specialist preferred

  • Experience of using LinkedIn Recruiter to approach potential candidates

  • Previous experience working within a fast-paced recruitment environment

  • A basic understanding of employment law is essential

  • Able to communicate and interact confidently with colleagues at all levels

  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office such as Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Teams is essential for this role

  • Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
