Full Job Description

Our teams across funeral homes and crematoriums play a critical role in serving our communities. Our mission is to attract the right people to our teams, maintaining our reputation as one of the leading UK providers in end-of-life care.

We are seeking an experienced recruiter, who thrives on sourcing exceptional talent, to join our in-house recruitment team. You will partner with senior stakeholders across our Funeral and Crematoria divisions, managing the entire recruitment lifecycle-from initial briefings and creating captivating job adverts to deploying diverse sourcing strategies and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.

Your day-today will involve

  • Leading the recruitment process for regional roles in our Funeral Operations & Crematoria division.

  • Conducting role briefings, crafting compelling job adverts, and utilising various sourcing methods.

  • Pre-screening and shortlisting candidates, arranging interviews, and providing comprehensive feedback.

  • Processing new offers, and contracts, and ensuring thorough onboarding and due diligence in line with FCA regulations.

  • Providing administrative support for our Applicant Tracking System and resolving internal/external queries.

  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and Hiring Managers., Please note that this role is subject to meeting regulatory requirements.   • Strong skills in building and nurturing relationships with stakeholders.

  • Experience in planning and developing talent pools for future hiring needs.
