Full Job Description

Ventro Group are currently looking for a motivated, driven and passionate individual to join our Talent Acquisition team supporting with continuous recruitment.

The Talent Acquisition Executive will recruit, headhunt and fill internal roles as well as working on site-based roles. Managing internal systems and databases.

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for actively recruiting and head hunting f

- Follow recruit plan, being flexible where needed.

- Write and edit job descriptions.

- Advertise vacancies on various job boards.

- Candidate shortlisting and Initial screening calls.

- Send CVs to hiring manager.

- Arranging and attending interviews

- Making job offers and sending out offer letters.

- Create and send employment contracts.

- IT and phone set up (complete various request forms)

- All communication with new starter prior including induction day confirmation.

- Completing the induction process on day 1.

- Completion of new starter paperwork and adding to People HR.

- Ownership of operator database

- Actively finding and head hunting for new operators/teams.

- Conduct interviews Telephone/Site Visits/Face to Face interviews with new operators.

- Completion of registration form/database with operator/team details.

- Communication and liaison with agencies where required.

- Keep accurate lists of on-site staff.

- Office communication Sending our updates and how to guides to relevant team members.
