This role is an 8 month Fixed Term Contract. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and creating talent pipelines to support the recruitment requirements across various Corporate business areas. You will be responsible for managing a range of recruitment processes, as well as providing support for difficult to fill roles, or areas of high workload across your business area. The Talent Acquisition Specialist should be passionate about recruiting and thrive in a fast-paced environment, working across multiple different areas with the ability to balance multiple priorities and stakeholders.

Role overview:

As part of this role, you'll be responsible for:

-Sourcing and pipeline development, proactively sourcing and attracting top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, external partners, and direct outreach
-Build engagement with stakeholders to deliver an excellent service and build capability across our hiring manager community
-Collaborate closely with the Lead Talent Acquisition Business Partners and Hiring Managers to understand their specific recruitment needs and develop tailored strategies to attract the right candidates
-Managing end-to-end recruitment processes efficiently and effectively, ensuring timely and quality hires
-Provide additional support and expertise in areas of the organisation where recruiting is particularly challenging or during periods of high demand
-Candidate assessment, conduct thorough candidate assessments, including CV screening, interviews, and background checks
-Data and Reporting- maintain accurate records, track key metrics, and provide regular reporting on recruitment activities, helping to make data-driven decisions
-Deliver consistently against agreed resourcing metrics and SLAs; identify key trends and opportunities to improve attraction and selection methods
-Take ownership of and ensure compliance through each stage of the recruitment process
-Employer Branding, contribute to the enhancement of our employer brand by creating compelling job advertisements, engaging with potential candidates, gathering content and ensuring a positive candidate experience
-Champion diversity and inclusion in the hiring process
-Support the delivery of the careers strategy to ensure we are making opportunities more visible and transparent across the business
-Support TA projects as directed
-Work cross-functionally as required by recruitment volumes and criticality of resourcing requirements across the wider TA function

You will need:

-Proven experience in a Talent Acquisition role or Recruitment role within a fast-paced environment
-Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, candidate assessment, and talent trends
-Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
-Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
-Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software
-Good analytical, judgment and decision-making skills
-Proven ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities
