Full Job Description

  • Leading a global team of kick-ass recruiters in EMEA, APAC and US.
  • Partner up with our People team and Business Leaders to develop and execute recruitment strategies on a global as well as local scale.
  • Identify and develop successful sourcing approaches based on an expert understanding of digital marketing and the SaaS Industry.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for key-positions (e.g. management). Ensure successful recruiting measures for Emarsys.
  • Liaise with contractors, external agencies and our SAP colleagues to support our recruitment efforts - ensure that we achieve the optimal results
  • Lead process optimization and alignment of processes in partnership with our SAP colleagues in order to enhance and scale results.
  • Drive TA excellence and transparency by owning TA tools and reporting - incl. ATS system, SuccessFactors, and reporting tools.
  • Be a Thought Leader in the team, spearhead the development and improvement of TA team and practices via coaching and identifying the right training opportunities for the team.
  • Enhance training material and hold trainings for internal stakeholders on the state of the art hiring practices.
  • Be an Emarsys ambassador on- and offline, and develop effective employer branding strategies and practices.

    Min. 5-7 years of experience in building and leading inhouse recruitment teams in SaaS industry.
  • Results-driven and goal orientated personality with an intrinsic motivation to do a great job and improve things.
  • Proven track record on efficiently scaling up SaaS organizations, ideally as the leader of a team.
  • Proven experience delivering contingent and direct talent acquisition through a variety of sourcing strategies such as job boards, referrals and social media, including LinkedIn.
  • Strong relationship management skills with the ability to liaise and advise all levels of stakeholders.
  • A client-focused individual who can deliver a premium service for our stakeholders and provide an exquisite candidate experience.
  • Written and spoken fluency in English language, additional languages are a plus.
