Situated in stunning locations nationwide including Heythrop Park in the Cotswolds, Studley Castle in Warwickshire, Thoresby Hall in Nottinghamshire and The Runnymede on Thames, each hotel offers its own personal character that makes every Warner Hotels stay unique. As a Talent Advisor, you will be responsible fors upporting our hotels in onboarding new team and developing top talent to support the hotel and overall organisation's strategic objectives and will play a crucial role in an organisation's overall talent management pathway. What will you be doing?

  • Working in partnership with wider talent team and our hotels, review, develop and deliver onboarding programs that provide new team with the necessary information and training to succeed in their role.
  • Working with the wider talent team Identify training and development opportunities to enhance employees' skills and career growth.
  • Working with the Talent Manager to undertake talent needs assessment to Identify the organisation's current and future talent needs based on business objectives and growth plans.
  • Coordinate internal talent development courses and external partners for the delivery of required leadership courses.
  • Understand the recruitment processes and procedures and be able to support the Resourcing Advisor as required.

    Have an understanding of LMS, employee development, succession planning, and retention strategies.
  • Must have experience in employee development, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Ability to think strategically and align talent acquisition efforts with business objectives.
  • Have experience working in a fast-paced or high-volume environment.
  • Willingness to mentor and develop junior team members.
