This role will be responsible for the development of both high volume and bespoke attraction campaigns for the whole of Currys. These can be varied and often challenging areas of the business with bespoke requirements. This role is also accountable for the delivery of all Emerging Talent attraction strategies across the Graduate and Apprentice programmes.
The Talent Acquisition model currently supports c10,000 hires a year and this Partner role will harness all existing channels, resources and tools such as our internal and external careers sites, jobs boards and social media opportunities aswell as identifying new ways to attract Talent. Working closely with our external recruitment marketing and branding agency partners the key to success will be ensuring all of the Talent Acquisition team have access to the correct attraction media relevant to their business area, skill type required, relevant collateral and expert resources to drive the delivery of their hiring plans.

Role overview:

As part of this role, you'll be responsible for:

-Working closely with the TA team to develop attraction strategies linked to our employer brand with the aim of improving the quality of applications, increasing the number of applications and drive improvements in the time to offer/time to hire metrics.
-The day to day management, collecting content, approval and overseeing of our external careers social media channels.
-Aligning closely with the comms teams across the business to ensure consistency of messaging and sharing content for relevant channels.
-Work in true partnership with specialist agency partners to ensure cost effective, timely, measurable and high-quality solutions are provided to the business.
-Support the development of the careers sites as an attraction and brand building tool with a view to increase engagement by all candidates.
-Support the development of internal colleagues across relevant channels, focussing on facilitating internal mobility and internal career development.
-To support / lead on the internal careers messaging and coordinate content creation through the use of brand ambassadors where relevant.
-Support delivery of advocacy plans, with focus on engaging colleagues.
-Support the TA team with all operational recruitment communications and assist in the development of broad integrated marketing plans including video content creation, social media update, internal careers PR and content across all paid media.
-Lead on any relevant projects related to our Employer brand as defined by our Employer Brand / EVP team.
-Coordinate all relevant measures of tracking activity. Translate into meaningful updates and learns for the future.

You will need:

-Proven experience of working with employer branding tools and attraction/talent acquisition strategies within a complex recruitment function and the ability to translate business needs into specific cost-effective campaigns.
-Experience of careers site development and executing change (testing).
-Broad understanding of the recruitment market; candidate behaviour trends, employer branding, job boards, social channels and talent acquisition trends.
-Passionate advocate of employer branding with demonstrative knowledge of how this can impact candidate experience and communications.
-Ability to work collaboratively, recognising cultural, demographic, geographical candidate market impacts and ensure effectiveness by adapting approaches.
-Experience of working in a matrix led environment.
-Excellent communication skills; experience in creating content for social channels or writing for internal/external audiences (eg twitter/blogging/article generation). Presenting skills and a willingness to coach and guides others in best practice.
