We're making some exciting changes to the HR Division at NFU Mutual. The Talent Attraction Specialist role will own and oversee our proposition, ensuring we're firmly future focused and meeting the needs of the business., NFU Mutual has a strong and dedicated in-house Talent Acquisition team who ensure we attract the best talent in the market to join our UK-wide business. As part of the continual growth of the team, we now have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Attraction Specialist to join our Head Office team. In partnership with the Talent Acquisition (TA) team, you'll be at the forefront of designing and delivering creative campaigns to attract top-tier candidates for a diverse range of roles, including critical and challenging-to-fill positions. Using your expertise in competitor market mapping, you'll provide valuable insights to shape talent acquisition and development strategies. Your efforts will not only reinforce NFU Mutual's reputation as a 'Great Place to Work' but also boost its visibility within the talent market. Through active oversight of the talent pool, you'll empower recruiters to strategically use these resources, aligning hiring efforts with projected business growth and optimising conversion rates from our attraction campaigns. Additionally, you'll conduct both internal and external audits of our attraction strategies and supplier performance, providing Talent Acquisition Managers with actionable insights for continuous improvement. You'll also take the lead on creating a Talent Attraction Toolkit and sourcing advertising materials, ensuring they adhere to best practises and legal requirements while aligning with NFU Mutual's brand identity. Leveraging a range of channels-including job boards, NFU Mutual career websites, social media, and partnerships with targeted organisations-you'll deploy the most effective routes to market. By analysing performance data, you'll identify new attraction channels and implement innovative sourcing techniques that elevate our overall recruitment proposition. As a key player in developing the Employee Value Proposition` (EVP), you'll create attraction dashboards to measure the impact of your strategies and demonstrate return on investment. By ensuring that recruitment practices meet diversity and inclusion standards, you'll contribute to a market-leading candidate experience, fostering a proactive and supportive journey for all candidates. This role is based in our Tiddington Head Office, just outside Stratford-Upon-Avon. Extensive experience in defining and embedding an EVP, attraction strategies and recruitment best practices, you'll demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills. You excel at building relationships with both stakeholders and suppliers, using clear communication and active listening to align on resourcing goals and strategies. A keen attention to detail supports rigorous quality in copywriting, proofreading, and campaign oversight, ensuring that each piece of work meets high standards. You'll also bring a proactive, strategic mindset, analysing data trends to make informed recommendations and adapting to evolving hiring demands. Naturally inquisitive, you seek to understand all areas of the business and new recruitment technologies to ensure you provide a high-level of customer service to the TA team, Hiring Managers and wider HR Division. To join our team, it's essential that you also have:

  • Extensive experience in developing EVP and attraction strategies and defining resourcing best practices.
  • Proven ability of analysing data to identify trends, assess performance, and make actionable recommendations.
  • Strong expertise in digital media campaigns and utilisation of paid media channels.
  • Experience of competently managing complex stakeholder and supplier relationships, including partnerships with recruitment agencies.
  • Proficiency in cost and resource negotiation to optimise within budgetary constraints.
  • Ability to create and deliver meaningful and impactful presentations.
  • Knowledgeable in relevant UK Employment Legislation to ensure compliance in recruitment practices.
