Support the Talent Review cycle for the Executive team and PLC Board, working with other practice areas such as HR Partners, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion, Recruitment, and Reward
Manage the core employee listening surveys process, configuration, and reporting tools to drive self-service, active participation, and action
Implement recruitment metrics and data to run the monthly RPO invoicing process with our external RPO vendor
Review our end-to-end talent management processes and tools to continually improve and deliver business outcomes
Serve as a subject matter expert on specific processes and reports, providing guidance and support to HR partners and HR Services

2-3 years of experience in a similar Talent & Employee Listening role, gained in a corporate environment
Understanding of talent & succession processes
Experience of data analytics and ability to work with data to draw conclusions and insights
Ability to collaborate across different teams and geographies, delivering with and through others
Clear written communication with internal stakeholders and external vendors
Project management and organization skills, delivering to time, cost, and quality
Passion for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and building inclusive environments
Indepth knowledge of HCM systems, ideally SuccessFactors
Qualtrics EX platform configuration experience desirable
