Talent & Entertainment Relations Assistant

Overseen by the Talent & Entertainment Relations Manager, the Talent & Entertainment Relations Assistant will support the UK Talent & Entertainment Relations team with maintaining VIP sample inventory and managing sample loans and logistics.,

• Support Talent & Entertainment Relations Manager with all VIP sample loans, managing sample inventory on Fashion GPS Launchmetrics
• Track placements and save down all talent dressing and social imagery for digital archive
• Prepare dressing releases for the team to share with media
• Support in the development of talent proposals and research
• Prepare dressing recap reports
• Support Talent & Entertainment Relations Manager in compiling seeding lists for seasonal collections and collaborations
• Oversee gifting and keep the gifting tracker up to date
• Manage inventory of gifting stock
• Support in the coordination of special orders and made-to-order products alongside the design team
• Manage talent & stylist database

• At least 1 year's experience in a VIP/Talent relations role or fashion PR with a strong interest in entertainment relations
• Knowledge and strong interest in fashion, culture, and entertainment
• Strong verbal and written skills
• Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• FGPS Launcetrics experience
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook calendar, Word, Excel & PowerPoint
• Experience with Lefty or another social analytics monitoring program is beneficial
