Full Job Description

  • Collaborate with leaders and stakeholders across the business to understand business priorities and challenges and gain an intimate understanding of the learner context.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify skills gaps and development opportunities, and analyze feedback from existing programs to implement improvements.
  • Design, develop, and implement learning experiences that are innovative, engaging, and impactful, using instructional design best practices, and experimenting with emerging technology.
  • Facilitate the delivery of learning experiences.
  • Evaluate learning experience impact through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics; continually refining and enhancing offerings.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to maximize participation and learning application.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to peers, supporting their learning and growth.

  • 6-9+ years of experience in learning and development or related role, with experience solving for a variety of audiences including leaders and managers.
  • Extensive project management experience and demonstrated ability to prioritize, manage and complete multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Experience facilitating learning with a variety of audiences.
  • Ability to operate autonomously, prioritize effectively, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to confidently make decisions about the right learning solutions and rally others around your vision and plan.
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles.
  • Experience working with external suppliers and vendors.

    If you are joining our Engineering team in a full-time role, you will be required to attend a regional HubSpot office for in-person onboarding.
