We are part of the Human Resources team. We look at how we can shape the environment, infrastructure and tools so our people can develop the best skills, in an engaging environment where they can grow their careers.

As a Talent & Leadership Partner in our team, you will have responsibility to bring to life and operationalise the People Strategy in the UK&I. You will work across our team and the wider HR team on varied projects that will range depending on our biggest priorities.

You will also play a core role in our Global Talent, Leadership and Learning community and have opportunities to work on global programmes with people from each of our regions. This is important as we have teams based in multiple locations. We are therefore open to applicants from across the globe for this opportunity.

What you'll need to bring to the role & Experian

  • Proactive use of data to tell a story and guide future decisions

  • Acurious mindset as our work is varied and exciting

  • Experience in design-thinking and other human centred approaches to solving problems

  • Capability in designing simple and engaging end to end experiences for customers or employees

  • Collaboration towards co-creation with the broader HR team and employees

  • Uses brand and tone of voice to engage and excite
