Full Job Description

We are looking for individuals that share a passion for development and are looking to appoint 2/3 roles within the team supporting different areas of responsibility. The areas we want the roles to support are:

  • Early talent - supporting officers with the development of our internal talent through Early Careers including Apprenticeships, Graduates, Work Experience and placements.
  • Learning & development - supporting officer to commission and design learning programmes within Street Scene.

    Excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Good diagnostic skills with the ability to evaluate multiple sources of data
  • Good organisation skills and the ability to multi-task.
  • We are looking for passionate individuals who want to work with the already established team to drive our future talent within BCC.
  • We want to support those applicants that show potential and desire to have a positive impact on the workforce for the future of Birmingham.
