Full Job Description

LMAX Group is seeking an experienced and strategic Talent Management Consultant to lead the mapping of our global talent pool and establish robust succession planning processes. This role will be critical in shaping the future of talent management at LMAX Group, ensuring we are well-positioned to meet our organizational goals. As a Talent Management Consultant, you will collaborate closely with our Talent Acquisition team and People Business Partnering function to deliver impactful talent insights and strategies. You will be instrumental in developing a clear picture of our talent landscape and supporting key initiatives to identify, develop, and retain high-potential employees across the business.,

  • Lead the talent mapping process across LMAX Group globally, identifying key talent, capabilities, and areas for development.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive succession planning framework to ensure business continuity and growth.
  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to align talent management strategies with ongoing recruitment efforts.
  • Collaborate with the People Business Partnering team to ensure that talent strategies are integrated with broader people initiatives.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on talent development, workforce planning, and retention strategies.
  • Analyze current talent data and performance metrics to identify high-potential employees and create individual development plans.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Contribute to the design and delivery of talent management initiatives, such as leadership development programs or career pathing strategies.

    Proven experience in talent management, succession planning, and workforce development in a fast-paced, global organization.
  • Strong understanding of talent acquisition processes and how they integrate with broader talent management strategies.
  • Experience working in partnership with People/HR teams and business leaders to deliver talent strategies.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing successful talent management frameworks.
  • Experience in financial services or technology sectors is a plus.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
