Join Publicis Groupe's Global Media Talent team as a Talent Operations & Data Advisor . Our Talent team is driven by a passion for supporting people, nurturing talent, and creating a high-performing, inclusive environment. In this role, you'll work closely with the Talent Advisor and play a vital role in maintaining operational excellence and data integrity across our Talent functions, from Talent Acquisition to Learning & Development, and Talent Operations., In this role, you'll be the go-to person for various talent operations needs, handling employee queries and supporting HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle. Specific duties include:

  • Serving as the first point of contact for employee queries, ensuring responses are timely and sensitive to individual needs.
  • Managing onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for new joiners and leavers.
  • Monitoring and managing employee data for absence tracking, contract updates, and Right to Work compliance.
  • Developing and maintaining talent data solutions, including creating dashboards for both UK-based and international employees across regions like the US, Germany, and Singapore.
  • Supporting payroll and finance functions by ensuring accurate paperwork and timely processing of invoices and purchase orders.
  • Contributing to team projects, building metrics, and providing data-driven insights to support our team and the broader business.

    We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. Ideal candidates will have:
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, HRIS, or other talent management systems (experience with Success Factors or PowerBI is a plus).
  • Skills in data analysis and data management
  • High attention to detail and organisational skills to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, but also PowerPoint, and Outlook.
