Tax Manager

Our client is a globally renowned telecommunications business with a growing tax team. They are looking for a Tax Manager to join the function and interact with various functions such as legal, accounting, treasury and commercial teams.
The role is focused on corporate tax, stakeholder management and process improvements with the opportunity to work across a range of stakeholders and a variety of business. As the role is a senior position there is also opportunity to have direct reports and develop your people management skill set.

The role:

• Preparation and review of UK and international tax provisions and computations.


• Involvement in global reporting and year end tax provisioning under IFRS and US GAAP


• Stakeholder management


• Process improvement to increase efficiency through the use of technology
  
  In order to succeed in this role, it is expected that you will have:


• ACA/ACCA/CTA/CIMA qualified


• 1 year PQE


• Corporate Tax compliance and reporting experience


• Experience managing stakeholders


• Experience with broad corporate tax considerations such as CIR
