  • The salary for this role is between £30,000 - £36,000 plus benefits

What you'll do

You'll provide specialist business support to the UK business with all tax reporting client matters.  This will include analysing tax data, producing client tax documentation, answering tax queries and identifying and resolving problems - always ensuring an accurate and consistent approach is applied.

You’ll also:

  • Monitor team mailboxes and a client telephone helpline for tax reporting queries
  • Support the production of accurate client tax reports to ensure our clients meet their tax filing obligations and that we fulfil our regulatory reporting requirements to HMRC
  • Supervise specialist administration support including work allocation, help with queries, service failures, complaints and MI
  • Maintain expertise and knowledge of the specialist area, sharing information and knowledge with colleagues to develop internal capacity and promote best practice
  • Proactively identify and effectively manage escalation of issues

The skills you'll need

You should have experience working in personal tax and be familiar with the taxation of investment products. Experience in banking would also be beneficial.
