TCS Field Quality Investigation Industrial Placement

This 12 month industrial placement, starting in August 2025, is a great chance to take theory from university and put it into practice in a fast-paced environment. This provides a chance for real responsibility and hands-on experience in a challenging and diverse environment. Our Department: Field Quality Investigation, Total Customer Satisfaction We represent the Voice of the Customer. This means we gather information from our customers and translate what they are saying into an Engineering Quality strategy for the business. We ensure that our customers experience top Nissan Quality in all aspects of their Nissan product and experience. Your day-to-day tasks will include inspecting parts, analysing warranty data, using influence with R&D and manufacturing to provide solutions to customer complaints and ensuring that our products are designed in the best way possible to meet our customer needs. Based in Cranfield, Bedfordshire, NTCE (Nissan Technical Centre, Europe) is our UK Research and Development hub.
