Full Job Description
- Plan and deliver tailored lessons in accordance with our curriculum.
- Develop engaging and diverse teaching materials to meet the needs of children with varying abilities.
- Monitor and assess children's progress.
- Provide quality first teaching to enable success for all.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages children's participation and enthusiasm.
- Collaborate with other teachers and school staff to support children's development and address any issues that arise.
- Maintain accurate records of children performance and write reports and reviews.
- Stay up-to-date with developments in education and integrate best practices into teaching strategies.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, or evidence of substantial teaching experience. This job is not suitable for ECTs. - Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage, motivate and inspire children.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to plan and execute effective lessons.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, contributing to a positive school culture.
- Experience with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and adaptive teaching strategies. Desirable
- Experience in lower key stage 2
- Strong understanding of current educational trends and pedagogical approaches.
