Full Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher/Education Volunteer to support our educational programmes by delivering quality education and fostering a positive learning environment to help students reach their full potential.
What will you be doing?
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the needs and abilities of students.
- Assist in the development and implementation of educational materials and curricula.
- Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring to reinforce learning and address individual challenges.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
- Support classroom management, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for all students.
- Collaborate with other educators and staff to coordinate lessons and activities.
- Organize and participate in extracurricular activities, such as educational workshops, clubs, or field trips.
- Assist with the assessment and evaluation of students' academic performance.
- Foster a love of learning and encourage students to explore their interests and talents.
