• Deliver engaging and effective lessons to students in KS3 and KS4.
• Inspire curiosity and creativity in the fields of business and technology.
• Monitor and assess student progress to ensure every learner achieves their full potential.
• Contribute to the department's curriculum development and enrichment activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues to uphold the school's ethos and values.
We are looking for someone who:
• Holds QTS and a degree in a relevant subject area.
• Has experience teaching Business and/or IT at KS3 and KS4 (NQTs are welcome to apply).
• Demonstrates excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• Is committed to inspiring students and fostering a love for learning.
• Is a team player with a proactive and positive approach.
