At St. Joseph's we challenge our teachers to, 'love the children, and to let them know that they are loved,' through everything we do with our students to 'Unlock the Belief' in themselves and others. To support teachers in this mission we support teachers by:

Our recent Progress 8 score in 2024 was +0.5 .We are proud to say that "a feeling of warmth and love permeates St Joseph's" (Ofsted 2022) because we're keen to ensure that "relationships are key ... and staff develop very positive relationships with pupils so that they understand what is going on for them and their families..."
We believe in professional development. In exchange for hard work and a commitment to the school, we will ensure that you are prepared for the next stage in your teaching career.
