    We are seeking to appoint a candidate who is passionate about their subject area; a team player who will thrive on collaboration and team-work; someone who really wants to make a difference!

    If you are an outstanding teacher it really is worth applying for this post. We are seeking to appoint a candidate who has experience of, or a willingness to, teach the following: Criminology at KS5 and Psychology at either KS4 or 5.

  • Proven track record of outstanding outcomes

  • Proven track record of strong and effective behaviour management strategies

  • Experience of teaching Criminology at KS5

  • Experience of teaching Psychology at either KS4 or KS5

  • Excellent ability to use ICT in varied and innovative ways

  • Excellent ability to analyse and interpret data and use it to secure high student outcomes

  • Ability to communicate effectively and relate well to all stakeholders

  • Ability to work as part of a team

  • Creativity, energy and enthusiasm, with an added good sense of humour!

  • Evidence of resilience and working effectively under pressure

  • Effective time management and organisational skills
