TEACHER OF DT
Full time MPS or UPS Required from October 2024
The Governing Board is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and well-qualified teacher of DT to join the Creative and Physical Arts (CAPA) Faculty from September 2024. The successful candidate may have the opportunity to apply for the Subject Lead for DT and/or the position of Assistant Director of the Creative and Physical Arts.
The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic and suitably qualified teacher of DT who is keen to play a proactive, collaborative role in developing the faculty further in the school. This role is primarily for teaching DT at Key Stages 3, 4 and 5.
The successful candidate will model at least good teaching practice and will be able to engage and inspire students of all abilities both in and out of lessons. They will also be keen to contribute to the school's extra-curricular life to enhance the opportunities available to our students. A bespoke CPD programme will be tailored to meeting their needs, including NPQs as relevant.
