Full Job Description

We are seeking a well-qualified and enthusiastic Teacher of Economics and Business to join our Humanities Faculty on a full-time or part-time basis. The successful candidate will inspire pupils through delivering engaging lessons. The successful candidate will be expected to teach Economics IGCSE and A level. There will also be an opportunity to teach Business A level in addition.

The post would be equally suitable for someone seeking a first appointment or an experienced teacher. A willingness to contribute to the School's wide range of co-curricular activities is expected. The School uses 1-1 technology to enhance teaching and learning.

King Edward's has its own generous salary scale as well as contributing a highly competitive 22.5% employer contribution to the APTIS Defined Contribution Pension Scheme, Private Medical Insurance and Health Cash Plan and a reduction in school fees. There is also onsite accommodation available to rent at a subsidised rate for single occupancy.
