"Hollingworth Learning Trust recognise and value the contribution of all of our staff and feel that all staff's efforts should be rewarded in order to have a positive impact on teaching and learning." If you have a strong character, energy, credibility and the ability to inspire, we'd love you to hear from you. With academy values of Aspiration, Integrity and Respect, we are embedding an 'Our People' culture through everything we do and our high expectations of both students and staff are bearing fruit. We believe in providing a high quality education for students and are committed to the continuous professional development of staff. 'Doing the right thing for our people!' In return, we offer:
