Sir Robert Pattinson Academy is an 11 - 18 comprehensive school where students are valued, happy, challenged and strive to achieve their best. The Academy provides rich learning experiences both in and outside of the classroom resulting in a great education.

The Academy is situated on an extensive, beautiful site offering purpose-built facilities on the outskirts of Lincoln, towards the Nottinghamshire border. The area boasts affordable housing and good road and rail networks to the South and Midlands.

Due to the significant growth of the Academy, we are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and dynamic teacher to take on the position of Teacher of Mathematics. The successful candidate will be an outstanding and passionate practitioner with a proven track record of securing successful student outcomes. With opportunities to progress, we are looking for someone who will support the Head of Department in raising the profile of the subject.

What we need

We are seeking to recruit an exceptional full time Teacher of Mathematics to join us in January 2025. The successful candidate will be looking for an opportunity to enhance their career in the classroom and have the ability to effectively develop their pedagogy and practice. Experience of teaching Mathematics across KS3-5 is desirable. In addition, you will need to be an enthusiastic, lively and versatile teacher with a passion for your subject and the desire to contribute to the development of the Mathematics department and the Academy as a whole.

The post would suit experienced teachers or ECTs, for whom an effective induction scheme is in place.
