You will be responsible for teaching multi-faith PRE from Year 7 to Year 9, as well as Religious, Philosophical and Moral Issues at GCSE and A-Level. About the Department

The Philosophy, Religion and Ethics department is currently staffed by a Head of PRE and two part-time teachers. We encourage pupils to develop, express and defend their own understanding of the moral, spiritual and philosophical aspects of life, whilst learning about the beliefs and opinions of others. We organise trips to places of worship, museums and arrange for pupils to participate in study days and conferences. Pupils are also encouraged to enter national competitions such as 'Art in Heaven' and university essay competitions throughout the year.
