Full Job Description
King Edward's is looking for a passionate Teacher of Psychology to join the team. The successful candidate will deliver interactive and varied lessons which motivate pupils who are undertaking Psychology A Level. An outstanding subject knowledge is a must, and the successful candidate will have a proven record of delivering engaging lessons which demonstrate their excellent subject knowledge and teaching practise.
The post would be equally suitable for someone seeking a first appointment or an experienced teacher. A willingness to contribute to the School's wide range of co-curricular activities is expected. The School uses 1-1 technology to enhance teaching and learning.
King Edward's has its own generous salary scale as well as contributing a highly competitive 22.5% employer contribution to the APTIS Defined Contribution Pension Scheme, Private Medical Insurance and Health Cash Plan and a reduction in school fees. There is also onsite accommodation available to rent at a subsidised rate for single occupancy.
