Full Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a well-qualified full time Teacher of Religious Studies and Philosophy of Religion to join our highly successful RS Department from January 2025.

In line with the school's academic philosophy of 'Playful Scholarship', you will deliver stimulating lessons that stretch, challenge, and inspire our students. You will offer individual support where appropriate and will also make key contributions to the school's pastoral care, safeguarding the well-being of our students.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, positive, and hardworking teacher, with excellent subject knowledge and a passion for RS & Philosophy of Religion. The ability to contribute to our provision by teaching Religious Studies from KS3 to A Level is essential. We are looking for a colleague who will want to engage with our talented and hard-working students and are therefore happy to interview experienced practitioners or prospective ECTs. Strong academic ability, organisational, communication and interpersonal skills will all be required.
