Full Job Description

We are currently looking to recruit a Part-time Science teacher to join a highly successful department in delivering courses at KS3, KS4 and KS5 in single and combined sciences (GCSE/A Level).
The Science department is a well-established, highly effective and successful department that aims to instil students with a lifelong love of the scientific process and learning.
We teach Science as a core subject throughout the school and offer combined and individual science pathways at KS4 and 5.
We welcome applications from science specialists that can demonstrate high levels of creativity and innovation. The ideal candidate will be emotionally intelligent, highly motivated and will be willing to take measured risks to deliver an exciting and engaging curriculum that develops high levels of scientific knowledge and application. It is an exciting time to join our growing department. You may be an established teacher looking for a new challenge or seeking your first teaching role (ECTs).

St Simon Stock Catholic School is a Catholic secondary school located in Maidstone, Kent and part of the Kent Catholic Schools' Partnership (KCSP).
