Full Job Description

The successful candidate will deliver Level 3, Level 4 and Level 6 Career Development standalone qualifications to individuals employed across Shaw Trust Group and other employers.

You will need experience of providing a varied programme of delivery in line with the required qualification specifications to offer an integrated programme of teaching, training, coaching and assessment on work related programs to meet the needs of employers and learners. To support sourcing learner starts and working with employers to secure future pipeline to support business sustainability. Delivery will be a combination of 121 face to face and remote visits and will also include group teaching and learning sessions.Quality teaching must be adhered to in line with Awarding Body standards and the Company's Scheme of Work to ensure the timely achievement of learner goals and qualifications as per Company and Regulating Bodies KPIs.

This is a part time position however there is flexibility on the days that are chosen to work.

+ L6 qualification in Career Guidance, Learning & Development or equivalent
+ Demonstrable experience of successfully working to targets
+ Understanding of our client group and the barriers our clients may face
+ Relationship management. Develop and maintain productive relationships with
your Team, Management, Learners and all key stakeholders
