Teaching Assistant

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistant to join our successful and professional TA team. The ideal candidate will have a talent for engaging students and will be required to work flexibly across all age groups and abilities. This role complements the professional work of teachers by providing support in-class and small group support to students. There will be opportunities to develop within the team and make a valued contribution to students' learning. The working hours for this post are 8.15am - 3.15pm, Monday to Friday. This is a permanent contract.

Lytchett Minster is a successful 11-18 mixed comprehensive school with approximately 1550 students, 288 of whom are in the exceptional sixth form. The learning environment is stunning with extensive and beautiful grounds; the school site is comprised of South Lytchett Manor House together with a number of modern extensions including the Arts block and theatre.
