Working with individuals and groups of students, assist in ensuring students are engaged and focussed.
Helping implement lesson plans, learning aims, and content with the teacher.
Providing verbal and written feedback to students without reference to the teacher.
Taking small group of students for defined activities.
Providing basic admin support of both the ASF and SP including logging activities on the CRM software (training provided).
Supporting and work with the teacher in testing/assessment.
Providing individual student and group mentoring as required.
Taking responsibility for a whole class during the absence of a teacher.

Knowledge of the statutory requirements of Equality and Diversity health and safety, safeguarding and child protection.
Ability to work effectively with students with complex needs and the ability to communicate effectively both in verbal and
Ability to build positive and professional relationships with students, colleagues, parents/carers and other stakeholders as
GCSE Maths English (Minimum Grade C/4).
