Teaching Assistant

+ Mentoring, supporting and inspiring learners by supporting them with curriculum-based learning in the classroom, on home tuition and outreach and through outdoor activities
+ Assist with the preparation of learning material and contributing to the delivery of learning objectives with a strong focus on behavioural management
+ Daily reports on learners' progress and barriers to learning
+ Interaction with parents/care givers on a regular basis

+ A committed and passionate view of students with SEND
+ At least two years' experience minimum of working in a SEND environment or similar unit/provision
