Full Job Description
- Demonstrate skills and expertise in understanding the needs of all children
- Deliver interventions effectively to support student progress.
- Assist teachers with lesson and activity planning, delivery, and evaluation.
- Understand and fulfil responsibilities within the classroom and whole school context Specific Responsibilities
- Build positive relationships with children, promoting high self-esteem, independence, and inclusion.
- Support the development and delivery of individual education, support, and care plans.
- Implement behaviour management strategies in line with the school's policy.
- Contribute to planning differentiated learning activities for children.
- Collaborate with colleagues and professionals to support children's development.
