Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic teaching assistant to join our fantastic team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to support pupils with phonics and mathematics interventions, as well as assist with behaviour management.,

• Provide targeted support to individual and small groups of children in phonics and mathematics
• Implement behaviour management strategies to promote a positive learning environment
• Monitor and record the progress of the children you support
• Assist with the preparation of resources and learning materials
  
  Experience of working with young people or adults in a paid/voluntary capacity
Previous experience of working with children or young people with SEN Previous experience of work with children or young people Previous experience working with and supporting behaviour Good communications skills, written and oral Excellent numeracy and literacy skills Competent with computers and other technology Able to understand and implement strategies and methods to help students make good progress,
• Experience working with children in an educational setting
• Experience working with children with SEN and behavioural needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Enthusiasm for supporting children's academic and social development
• Relevant qualifications in education or a related field
