We are looking for an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team and play a key role in supporting both students and teachers in the classroom. This role will support our Key Stage 1 classes. From assisting with creative lessons to providing one-on-one support for pupils, you'll be making a real difference every day. - Work with individuals and groups of children to deliver learning programmes and encourage interaction in activities led by the teacher.
- Assist with general pastoral care and attend to personal needs as appropriate.
- Supervise children during non-lesson times, accompany on trips, participate in meetings and training
- Feedback on child progress in meeting Individual Education Plan targets, We want to make sure we are attracting the widest possible range of people and ensure that they are accepted, understood and treated equally when they work here. This means we will work hard to understand that each employee is unique and ensuring that individuals or groups are not treated differently or less favourably on the basis of specific characteristics. - Experience of working with relevant age group within a learning environment
- A good understanding of classroom roles and responsibilities

Salary: Grade 2, £23,955 - £24,131 per annum, pro rata.
