Full Job Description
Are you a passionate Teaching Assistant or Support Worker interested in making a difference in the lives of young learners? Are you a comfortable working in a provision supporting children with a range of additional learning needs (ALN)?
As a Teacher Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing tailored support to students, helping them achieve their full potential in a safe and nurturing environment. You will work closely in the Nurture Provision of the school supporting primary aged pupils with a range of ALN, trauma and behaviour challenges., + Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with social and emotional needs (SEMH).
+ Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment, promoting students' social and emotional development.

+ Previous experience working as a TA, LSA, Support Worker or in a similar role is highly desirable.
+ A relevant qualification in counselling, support/social work or special educational needs is preferred.
+ Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children with special educational needs.
+ Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions from teaching staff.
