Full Job Description

You will be joining a class of up to 6 students aged 10-19 who have severe learning disabilities and a range of complex needs. Working in smaller classes and supporting young people 1 to 1 means you can really invest the time getting to know them, learning what it is they really need and being able to offer the right help at the right time. During your day you will be working closely with the class teacher and the rest of your team to deliver an innovative and challenging curriculum, individually tailored to each student. Although working 1 : 1 you will have the opportunity to work with and build strong relationships with all the students in your class. This is a term-time only role : 38.5 hours a week (41 weeks per year) Please note, we are currently unable to offer sponsorships as we await further guidance from the Home Office.
