Teaching Assistant

Value Education is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join the team at a fantastic Primary School in Bury. This role is crucial in supporting students of all backgrounds and abilities to reach their full potential.
Responsibilities:
+ Collaborate with the class teacher to deliver engaging and effective lessons.
+ Create and organise teaching materials and resources to enhance learning for all students.
+ Facilitate group activities and projects, promoting teamwork, diversity, and inclusion.
+ Provide support to students of diverse backgrounds and abilities on a one-on-one and group basis, catering to individual learning needs.

+ Excellent team player with the ability to work independently.
+ Dedicated to supporting children of all abilities and backgrounds in their academic growth and development.
+ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues of diverse backgrounds.
+ Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with a diverse range of individuals.
+ Provide regular feedback to the class teacher on student progress and development.

Location: Bury, BL9 Salary: £80 - £90 per day (depending on experience and qualifications) Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8:30am - 3:30pm) Industry: Primary Education Contract: Temporary to Permanent
