Full Job Description

Our Governing Body is looking to appoint a temporary part-time Teaching Assistant who is flexible and adaptable, and able to motivate and inspire individual children with very specific needs. The successful candidate will primarily support individual children in our Reception and/or Y1 class., Rehabilitation: Rehabilitation The post you are applying for is covered by the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (as amended in 2013). If successful you will be required to apply to the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) for a 'disclosure'.   • Essential Experience Recent employment/experience in a primary school
  • Desirable Experience
  • Experience of working within Early Years/KS1 in a school setting
  • Experience of working with young children with SEND, ASD
  • Experience of working with children who have speech and language needs
  • Experience of working with children who have delayed development
  • Experience of working with children with medical needs
