Full Job Description
- Support classroom activities in KS1 during the morning sessions, focusing on assisting children with varying educational needs.
- Transition to KS2 in the afternoons, providing tailored support where needed and helping to facilitate a positive learning environment.
- Work closely with classroom teachers to implement educational plans and activities that cater to the needs of all students.
- Utilise SEN experience to provide specific support to students with additional needs, ensuring they are integrated and engaged in learning.
- Monitor and support student progress, communicating effectively with teachers and parents to maximise student achievement.

- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, particularly with SEN responsibilities.
- Strong understanding of the educational framework for KS1 and KS2.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging students and collaborating with staff.
- A patient, caring, and professional approach to supporting children with diverse educational needs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to tasks.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
